Part of our Dallas network went offline at 18:47 GMT and came back online at 19:29 GMT.
The downtime was caused by a switch we're connected to at our network upstream going offline.
While our upstream provider is going to replace the faulty switch we're connected to, this will only be done in December therefore we're accelerating our plans to get an additional uplink from another network carrier to avoid this reocurring again and again.
