Dallas Network Dallas network partially offline (Bi16)

Our Dallas network is currently suffering a partial outage for all servers in cabinet Bi16. We're looking into the cause and working with our network provider to bring things back online ASAP.

Update: The network came back up at 09:14 BST. The cause of the outage was a sudden change (possible bug) in the operating system of our switch, that decided it didn't like part of our switch configuration, so we've made changes that mean this won't reoccur in the future.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
