Our network transport provider that we use to reach AS4837 from Seattle has gone offline. We have temporarily switched the outbound route to China to use AS4134.
This has now been resolved and AS4837 outbound routing to China Telecom and Unicom is now active again.
We have been informed the cause is a fiber cut along the route, our transport provider said they cannot provide an ETA currently.

VPS Control PanelVPS control panel offline
Our VPS control panel is currently offline, we're awaiting an update from a third party hosting provider, they're affected by the Cnservers downtime.
All traffic has now been shifted back to Cnservers. Please contact us if you would like an in-depth explanation.
We've identified an issue with Cnservers and BGP announcements, it seems this was unique in that our network didn't automatically failover when they went down and manual intervention was required. We're awaiting an update from Cnservers.
