Our Dallas DDoS protected network is currently seeing issues due to an issue on CosmicGuard's side, the issue only impacts IPs that have filters enabled, we anticipate it'll be fixed within the next few minutes.

Seattle NetworkSeattle network instability
Our DDoS protected Seattle network is seeing ongoing intermittent disruption due to issues with our DDoS mitigation provider, Neoprotect. There is ongoing disruption with most DDoS mitigation providers currently and they are unfortunately affected too - they're working on solutions to the causes to get things stable again as soon as possible.
This only impacts non China routes.
Neoprotect's network has been stable for many days now so we consider this resolved.

Seattle NetworkSeattle network outage
Our Seattle network is currently suffering an outage, we're investigating.
Network came up around 15 minutes after the last outage started, we don't anticipate this happening again.
Network has gone down again due to the same cause, we're monitoring.
Network should now be back online. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. A software/hardware issue occured in our router which meant it had to restart its routing processes. Our maintenance in February will be replacing our router which will be a solution for avoiding this issue occurring again in the future.
Network is now coming back online, it should be fully online within around 5 minutes.
Currently ETA on coming back online is around 15 minutes.
