Our Dallas DDoS protected IPs saw a complete outage from 10:43 UTC until 10:48 UTC due to an issue on CosmicGuard's side, we can see a small number of locations are still suffering an outage, primarily around Ashburn, we're awaiting CosmicGuard resolving this shortly.
