Our Seattle DDoS protected network is suffering heavy packet loss (35%+) due to issues with Ceranetworks' firewalls, we're awaiting a resolution.
This was resolved a short time after the last update.
The packet loss has returned, we're awaiting Ceranetworks resolving the issue.
