Dedicated servers in Seattle IGW1.9.4 and VPS nodes SEAKVM36 and SEAKVM37 are currently offline due to a redundant switch issue, we're working to bring them back online as soon as possible.
Network came back up at 22:39 UTC. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. This incident was caused by a maintenance period, to replace a non working redundant switch, that wasn't supposed to cause an outage but ultimately did. We'll apply learnings from this incident to future such tasks.
