Our AS4837 China optimised networking in Seattle is suffering from higher latency and some packet loss at peak time due to a fault in China Unicom's backbone. We do not have an estimated date for when this will be fixed.
Our AS9929-CMIN2 routing is unaffected by this issue, although due to a separate issue, some China Telecom regions will see elevated latency at peak time due to congestion between AS9929 and China Telecom. China Unicom and China Mobile are operating normally.
