Our transport provider, Cogent, has suffered major network issues on the US west coast resulting in high latency and packet loss therefore we have re-routed our AS4837 China optimised routing to alternative routes until their connectivity is restored. This also impacts the inbound (China -> US) direction which is currently using GSL. Outbound 9929-CMIN2 routing (US -> China) is not impacted.
