Since 21st September, our China optimised AS4837 routing in Seattle has been seeing packet loss, lower bandwidth throughput and higher latency daily, especially between 12pm - 5pm UTC.
This issue is likely caused by a fault in the China Unicom network backbone, we have not received an ETA for when it'll be resolved.
Our AS9929-CMIN2 route is not impacted and is operating normally.
