Our Seattle network is seeing at least TCP traffic dropped for inbound routes via Telia, we're working on removing Telia routing temporarily.

Telia has been re-enabled. Telia was performing maintenance around the time of when they stopped passing traffic, a malfunction after the maintenance was complete caused the issue.
Telia routing has been removed and we are seeing full global accessibility now.
