Our Seattle network has been seeing disruption for the past 1 hour due to issues in Cogent's US network. We've re-routed around the issues as much as possible to limit ongoing disruption, some routes may still be seeing high packet loss or latency if they route from Cogent on the route side but this is out of our control.
Cogent issues have begun again, we have re-routed around their troublesome routes again until they resolve their issues.
This was resolved shortly after through re-routing around Cogent until the following day.
