We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

Seattle NetworkSeattle network outage
Our Seattle network suffered an outage from 17:00 UTC to 17:18 UTC caused by the routing process in our router crashing. We have seen similar incidents previously and are continuing to work on redundancies that should hopefully avoid an outage occurring in the future.
