We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

SEAKVM11 is currently offline, we're investigating.
Server is now back up, no reboot was needed, apologies for the inconvenience.
This is still being worked on, the cause appeared simple to begin with but it has turned out more complicated than we hoped.
The cause appears to be related to the network uplink for this server, we're waiting on data centre staff checking it.

Server is now back online after the RAM replacement.
RAM replacement is now occurring, ETA is maximum 30 minutes.
The fault causing the downtime is RAM related, we're working on a replacement.
