We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

We're seeing intermittent packet loss between our Seattle location and China, we've identified that it's caused by an issue with the connection from China to US, we're waiting on our upstream resolving the issue.
