We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

VPS node SEAKVM13 is currently offline due to a hardware fault, we believe we know the cause and are working on replacing the faulty hardware part.
Server came back online at 22:22 UTC after the faulty hardware part was replaced. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.
