We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

SEAKVM9 is currently offline while we work to replace the RAM, it's taking longer than hoped currently.
Uplink cable issue has been resolved as of 20 minutes ago.
Server's network uplink cable is flapping, we're diagnosing.
Server came back up at 22:18 UTC after a successful RAM replacement, we're continuing to monitor this server.

VPS server SEAKVM9 is suffering instability, we're investigating.
SEAKVM9 is currently offline while we work to replace the RAM, it's taking longer than hoped currently.
Server has been back online for 10 minutes, we implemented a potential solution that will hopefully stop this server rebooting itself.
