    Seattle Network Seattle network instability

Our Seattle network is currently suffering performance degradation that results in intermittent inaccessibility and slow bandwidth throughput. We have identified the issue as a problem with our physical connection to Ceranetworks/Cnservers, a replacement connection is being setup and should be online within days. Any IPs not using Ceranetworks/Cnservers inbound routing are unaffected.

  • Inbound traffic has been re-routed away from the problematic physical connection and we have seen performance return to normal levels. Latency will be up to 15ms higher due to the re-route, this is only temporary until the original link is repaired. Latency to China should be mostly unaffected.
