We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

Phoenix MC servers offline
Our Phoenix Minecraft servers are currently offline due to suspected power issues at the data centre. We are working on bringing up a new server in Seattle to migrate servers to immediately should the Phoenix servers not come back up.
