We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

Seattle NetworkDegraded China performance
Traffic to China is currently seeing degraded performance due to major fiber cuts in California. Many network providers are impacted therefore we don't expect it to take too long to fix.
AS4837 is now active again and seeing good performance, we'll continue to monitor.
China Unicom has now been re-routed.
China Telecom has been changed to route via AS4134 (Chinanet) due to continued poor AS4837 performance. We will re-route China Unicom later today.

We are currently investigating an issue with our SEAKVM13 node.
Server has been stable since coming back online.
SEAKVM13 is back online and we are currently monitoring it.
