We have seen major congestion from AS4837 to China today, as a result, we have moved routing to AS4134 as this is performing considerably better, both in terms of latency and throughput bandwidth. We will switch back to AS4837 once it has been repaired, we have received no estimated repair date yet.

Our Seattle DDoS protected IPs are seeing heavy intermittent packet loss. We are in contact with our DDoS mitigation provider to resolve this.
