We're happy to report that this has been resolved with a replacement cooler quicker than we expected and is now back online. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

This is almost certainly a cooler failure, as we do not have a spare part on site, one is being shipped overnight to replace it, unfortunately this does mean the server will be down until replacement tomorrow.
