There is a possible fiber cut on our transport that's adding at least 20ms of additional latency to our China optimised network, including AS4837 and CMIN2. This should be resolved shortly.
Our 200Gb/s DDoS protected IPs are seeing around 10% packet loss due to issues related to the possible fiber cut.
