We're seeing intermittent network outages in our Dallas POP, this is caused by CosmicGuard suffering network issues. They are working on fixing this within the next ~48 hours.
This has now been resolved, there has been no disruption for over 24 hours now.

We're currently seeing heavy packet loss globally for our Dallas DDoS protected network, our provider (CosmicGuard) is aware and working on a solution urgently.
Resolved as of 04:20 UTC.
CosmicGuard is still working on resolving this.

We're pleased to report that the server came back online at 00:17 UTC with no data loss. We're taking steps to avoid a repeat in the future.
Server should be back online within 20 minutes from now.
This incident is storage related, we're taking our time in order to maximise the best chance of data recovery.
