One of the two PDUs in the Seattle cabinet IGW1.13.3 has gone offline, this will mean some dedicated servers are offline (if your dedicated server ID starts with IGW1.13.3) and VPS server SEABKVM5.
We're getting the PDU checked currently.
The equipment that went offline is currently powered by a temporary PDU so things were online quicker, we will schedule a maintenance window in the coming days to swap back to the permanent PDU.
Everything is now back online, as of 05:20 UTC, at least temporarily. We're awaiting further updates from the data centre.
The data centre has informed us that they're working on getting temporary power to the affected PDU so hopefully the downtime will not be the full time mentioned.
We received an update from the data centre that the power outlet on their side has failed and they need to re-run a new cable to a new outlet. This process will unfortunately take 2 - 3 hours but they are expediting it as much as possible.

Dallas NetworkDallas network instability
Our Dallas Path.net DDoS protected IPs are currently seeing intermittent high packet loss and very short outages. We're already in contact with Path about this and hope it's resolved shortly.
We have moved our IP prefixes to CosmicGuard ddos protection until Path.net resolves their issues. If you require any specific filters made for CosmicGuard, let us know, as we do not currently have a customer control panel available for this yet.

SEABKVM26Seattle E5 KVM - SEABKVM26 outage
Seattle E5 KVM VPS server - SEABKVM26 - suffered a power off event at 18:34 UTC 4th October 2024. We powered the server back on and VMs were booting up within 6 minutes of the downtime occurring. We'll monitor this server and take action in the future if necessary.
This server has since been stabilised, we will live migrate VPS off it in the near future - no downtime.
The server has since rebooted twice, we're currently working on a migration plan.

Node 17 - LenoirMinecraft node 17 offline
Our Minecraft node 17 in Lenoir, North Caroline has been offline since 11:28 UTC as the data centre, Dacentec, appears to be offline. We're awaiting an update.
The data centre came back online on 29th September at 06:26:24 UTC.
The network outage is caused by a storm that impacted the region, taking down all network connectivity to the data centre. Updates can be followed here.
