Our Seattle AS4837 is no longer being used for routing due to a fault. We have contacted our network provider and are awaiting an update.
AS4837 is now back online.
We have been informed that China Unicom is performing maintenance on their router which is why AS4837 was taken offline, it will return once this maintenance is over.
China Mobile has been routed to China Mobile International due to poor performance via GTT.

Seattle NetworkSeattle AS4837 offline
Our Seattle AS4837 line to China is currently offline due to an issue with our transport provider. We have re-routed to AS4134/CMI temporarily until the issue is resolved, later on Sunday.
AS4837 has now been restored.
This has happened again, we've re-routed away from AS4837 again temporarily.
AS4837 routing has now been re-enabled.

SEABKVM26Seattle E5 KVM - SEABKVM26 outage
Seattle E5 KVM VPS server - SEABKVM26 - suffered a power off event at 18:34 UTC 4th October 2024. We powered the server back on and VMs were booting up within 6 minutes of the downtime occurring. We'll monitor this server and take action in the future if necessary.
This server has since been stabilised, we will live migrate VPS off it in the near future - no downtime.
The server has since rebooted twice, we're currently working on a migration plan.
