Seattle NetworkSeattle 200Gb/s ddos protection packet loss
Our Seattle 200Gb/s ddos protected IPs are currently seeing 10 - 20% packet loss, likely due to an issue with Ceranetworks' transport provider between Los Angeles and Portland. We've contacted them and are awaiting a response.
This appears to be resolved now. We hope to have an alternative route available soon to use if this issue occurs in the future.
No update yet. We're working on getting another ddos mitigation provider that we can temporarily use during such incidents in the future.

Seattle NetworkSeattle AS4837 diverted
The transport provider, that we use to reach AS4837 in Seattle, is currently having issues therefore we have diverted China Telecom and Unicom to use AS4134 and China Mobile to use CMI temporarily.
